Government creates problems. Private business solves problems. Public schools failed to listen to 90% or more of the people they represent. They never bothered to question the legality of the ISBE's "mandates". It would have cost them nothing out of their own pockets, and hurt nothing to ask the question in a court room. Enter private school Parkview Christian Academy in Yorkville, IL and school board president Jed Davis, who also now appears to be ready to make changes from within, by running for State Representative. Parkview Christian Academy is the first in the state to start pushing back and questioning the legal authorities of ISBE to strip recognition status, among other things, based on not following executive orders. They are also seeking a temporary restraining order against not only ISBE, but the state superintendent Dr Ayala. The cases filed clearly outline that the legal authority doesnt exist, and also demonstrate how eager the state was to pounce on any school that defied the king's orders, that they completely disregarded THEIR OWN PROCESS for changing recognition status.
